    Weight watchers.

I threw out all chocolate on day one, stopped drinking alcohol, and replaced every sweet urge with fresh fruit. I didn’t cheat for 32 weeks and it worked.

Yes it was hard work, and I had times wen my tummy rumbled a lot, but it was so bloody worth it ;). Got to my target in early November had op 23rd November still below my target weight today 😉

I know a girl who lost weight after implants & you can see the outline of the implant on the sides of her breasts. I would have thought it would be better to get them done at your skinniest. My weight fluctuates a lot, I’m at my lightest now so if I put weight on after it won’t matter as much as loosing weight.

Mention it to the consultant & he will advise you better.
