Please can someone tell me how they are possibly sleeping? I’m PO DAY 6. Get my strapping off in about 6 hours lol. But honestly this sleeping is awful it’s currently 4am I have tried every position of pillow I have a V ON MY NECK AND UNDER BUM. But I physically can’t sleep and this is day 6 like this. When can I go on my side or even sleep comfy being flat? Or is there a decent position I could try? It’s making me so moany hardly sleeping every night xxx
Ask at your appointment today. The worst thing about sleeping on your back is you will be swollen for a lot longer and theirs no gravity to act as a drain and you will get ‘morning boob’ more severely which is a rushing of bloody to the area when you sit up which can be quite painful. have you tried herbal sleeping aids? X
I get morning boob already in one but not sure if that was my strapping and won’t know until tommorow when it’s off. I just wondered if girls actually hav slept like his for 2 weeks and how they are actually getting any sleep at all? Cause I’m finding it more or less impossible. And it’s like a ton of bricks on my shoulders.! Painful. I haven’t no Xxxx
Oh no, I can imagine it’s a nightmare, just do whatever is comfortable for you. A lot of girls found they fall asleep upright and wake up on their side and some even on that front! Can’t do anything about it in your sleep so if just say if your comfortable and well supported then go for it xx
