Sleeping in bras! How long?

I’m nearly 12weeks post op how Long do I have to sleep in a bra with overs. I’m struggling now! So uncomfy!
I’ve tried sports bra and non underwire ones but I can’t any longer!
Seeing the consultant soon but not till may.

Hey Emma, most of us have been told that it’s best to sleep in a sports bra at night forever if you want to keep your boobs from sagging in the future! Might be worth texting and asking your PC their opinion perhaps?

First time around I only slept in a bra for the first couple of months, after 10 years they still looked amazing and hadn’t sagged (mr Traynor thought I was mad getting them redone) they were 440cc. Now that I’ve gone bigger I’ll probably wear one most of the time! Xx

I got some soft cupped bras from Morrisons ( yes a supermarket ) the NUME section just elasticated and padding in the front , mainly to shop nipple showage.
So comfy too ! !00% would recommend
