Hi, i Was just wondering when everyone started to sleep on their sides? I had unders almost 2 weeks ago and couldn’t stand sleeping propped up on my back any more so I slept on my side lastnight but I can’t help but worry even though the nurse said it would be Ok to sleep on my side at 2 weeks. X

@abismith I’ve been wanting to sleep on my side for ages I am just under 4 weeks post op, I’m too scared about squishing them or them going weird if I do lol. I’m going to wait until my 6 week post op to check with my nurse. I know some girls have started a lot earlier i think maybe it’s what you’re comfortable with. If your nurse has already given you the sign off to sleep on your side then I’d just go for it just use some pillows to stop yourself from leaning on your boob too much x

I’m 4 weeks post op today and I want to sleep on my side so badly! I wake up just as I get the urge to but it’s so frustrating. I tried laying on my side for 10 minutes a week ago and there was no pain or discomfort whatsoever but I darebt actually sleep on my side! X

I’m 5 weeks po today, I started sleeping on my side at 4 weeks. If I wake up in the night I turn to the other side… In the hope that if it affects my boobs at all then it will even then out.. Lol sounds ridiculous I know.

I’m also propped up though whilst sleeping on side so I have pillows and then I kinda hug the sides of my v pillow
