So I’m down at the MYA fitzroy tomorrow for my BA and am curious as to once it’s done and im home, what position am I able to sleep in? Does it have to be sat up or can I lay on my back? I’m one usually for star fishing on my front so I think sleeping will be the hardest for me haha! Any advice on how long I’ll be sleeping funny? Xx

Have you got a v pillow Hun? I find the best way is to put a pillow flat down one slightly higher up on top of that one then your v pillow over the top! That way you have your back supported (as I have had back pain from laying) and your in a good position where you won’t really be able to move, sounds horrible but you need to be up in that position so you don’t damage anything!
It’s easier than it seems, don’t worry!
Also if you are travelling by car take your pillow/ v pillow with you for comfort!

    Good luck
    Xx

Also get a long pillow to put under your knees as this will help u not slip down the night and takes pressure of your back xx
