So sore what can I do?

Had my strapping off today and it had been pinching the left boob and have left me with this. So sore to touch and even when had a shower the water running on it was stinging. ( feels like a when you have a blister and the skin comes off the top) is there anything I can put on it at all as nurse said not to put creams on boobs for 6 weeks? X

My strapping did this babe I left it and two days later doesn’t hurt at all xxx
