So upset. Back to Preston tomorrow :(

Can’t believe what’s happening! I went to the clinic on Thursday to see my nurse as my scar had some fluid coming out of it after the scab had came off, she took a photo, covered it up and said she’d get back to me to let me know if its an infection or not. Today I had a call and she said she had shown Mr Mounir the photo and he wanted me to come straight into the clinic to see him. He squeezed my boob and fluid was coming out of it and could see the hole that hadn’t closed and healed. Tomorrow I’ve got to go back up Preston, have my implant taken out, cleaned and put back in, to make sure there’s no infection and to clean it. So upset and devastated as I’m 3 weeks post op and everything was going so well! Has anyone been through this? 🙁 x

🙁 that’s awful babe 🙁 did you have any pain? Hope everything gets sorted for you. It’s quite reassuring to see how quickly they are helping you though xx

No pain what so ever! I really just thought I’d be given antibiotics and that’d be it 🙁 that’s what I keep telling myself, just gutted I’ve got to go through it again 🙁 thank you xx

Don’t. Worry about it chick it will be fine at least they can give u a good clean up plus you won’t. Be n any pain wot so ever xx

This sounds like a seroma sweetheart. Don’t be worried its completely normal!(I have one and I’m 8 MONTHS po) he will drain it and you’llbe fine x

I’m devastated. The fact I only went through this 3 weeks ago and I’m going through it again. Just hope it all gets sorted and can be on the road to recovery 🙁 xx

Did you notice any of the fluid coming out yourself? This has made me really worry as the last few days a little dot of yellow has been on my bra when I’ve took it off but no pain. Could you see a hole that hadn’t healed?

I noticed a tiny bit of fluid coming out Wednesday night after my shower, nothing I was really worried about. No you couldn’t see it Hun, neither did the nurse. It was Mr Mounir who did when he squeezed my boob hard. I had to pain or no smell to the fluid that’s why I was so shocked with it all. Ring your nurse straight away babe! All this happened within 3 days with me and I’m so glad I rang straight away! xx

Thank you Hun! I had mine sorted yeaterday and back home now, recovery isn’t half as bad as actually having a BA. Fingers crossed recovery goes well this time and no complications! x
