sore nose 2 and half month later

the scar where they cut my nose has gone really sore today. im 2 and half month now is it just the feeling cumming back. as it has been numb untill now

i wouldnt worry when i was 5months all of a sudden my scar was really sore and red , even now esp when its cold if i touch it, its abit sensitive x
