Hey hun. I wore my macom one on a night and i had a shock obsorber one for day times. There so comfortable. I found the macom one uncomfortable. It used to dig in my incisions at the bottom. Was horrible. Make sure its a high impact one tho. Hope this helps xx

Thank you! Do you think this one will be ok? It’s high shock absorber and it fastens at the back? Looks really comfy, doesn’t have any wire in. Not sure what size to get either maybe like a E as im wanting to achieve DD.. Xxxx

Yea that looks ok hun. Has it got good reviews for the sizing? I find shock absorber come small. As long as it is tight when you were it it should be fine on the cups. Because it needs to keep the nice and tight. And with it fastening at the back. As long as someone can help you fasten it it will be fine. Its just easier at the front cause of being stiff for a bit xx

Agree with you Jade! I bought a Macom and love it. I’m just over 6 weeks post op and I’m still wearing it. I also bought a few post surgery bras from M&S which are also really comfortable and supportive.
