Confused as to when you should wear sports bra? With strapping or not. How soon after op should you wear one? And does anyone recommend a size bigger than what you’re going up to because of swelling?
Think. It depends on your surgeon I only have bandages on my scars so I’ve wore my sport bra since my op on Saturday! But your nurse will tell you mine did anyway. I bought a 32 d for my op but with swelling that doesn’t fit I’ve had to but 34 so is but size bigger for sure ! X
