Sports bra swapping !

I just wanna try on other sports bras to see whats most compfy is this okay ?? Probs over worrying but i dont wanna do anything wrong ??

I think as long as your not lifting your arms too much or over doing it then you should be fine, just try and take it a bit easy xx
I opened up my sports bra about 10 mins ago to get my boyfriend to check my incisions and nearly passed out ? lol xx Just take it as easy as possible xxx

I have undone mine a few times so far it just feels tight round my ribs but not leaving any marks but my ribs are the most sore part on me wierdly ! Thanks hun i might just wait till tokorrow till i start swapping bras ?

Yeah my ribs are killing all on the front and the side ribs like below your armpit? Haha feels like I’ve been punched in them a million times haha xx

@myahannah omg i couldnt bare that bra anymore so i have put on 2 soft midium support bras stretchy ones and holy crap i feel secure but compfy for bed omg its heavan !!

Yes it’s ok to take them off. I’m 7days post op today and have an asda and a matalan sports bra. I alternate between the two. As long as you arent leaving them off for ages it isn’t a problem. X

These asda 2 pack ! Both at same time so compfy omg ! Ye mine are rock solid and sore yer but im just trying to keep moving or they get more sore

I just swapped my sports bra to a smaller one as I thought my swelling had gone down, omg! I think I was feeling so shit because my boobs were just holding them selves up! I feel so much better now I have this bra on, it’s actually supporting me lol xxx I didn’t realise the other one wasn’t lol its so weird xx

Im thinking mine is to loose tbh im gonna go M&s tomkrrow and get a diffent size i think haha is urs like tight or what i never know whats right haha xx @myahannah

Well the cups were tight but the straps kinda were baggy on my collar bones when sitting down.. so I thought I would try the smaller one on and my boobs don’t feel like their in my armpits anymore their more squished together but not drastically lol xx Just feels so much better xxx

OMG holly crap i just done the same gone from my 34D to the 32DD and it feels amazing they are secure now !! I feel so much better i was scared to have it on but i just did it up and its so snug fits perfect ? Yeyyyyy so happy ?? @myahannah
