Sports bra & what I need for op day?

What do I need to take for my op?
Where can I get a sports bra that fastens at the front? Thanks

You can get a marks and Spencer high impact sports bra that zips front the front or a Debenhams shock absorber which also zips from the front or an asda sports bra (cheapest option). Ofc u can order a macom bra online which provides the most support and is the most common bra used but is more expensive. If it’s a day case you don’t need anything but a sports bra and maybe a v pillow for comfort that’s all I brang 🙂 but for a night case u may need to bring pjs, toothbrush and other night time essentials xx
