I’ve just bought a 34e in the high impact twin m and s sports bras but they don’t look like there that supportive for the price? Anybody can give me some good ones also what size I should get as my nurse said for 550cc I should probably get an f with swelling but then I asked to be an e so don’t want it to not be any support? Xx

I had 500 unders and i was told to get a 34 and 36 F i got one from M& S and 2 from Tesco the Tesco ones are by far the best i think i paid about £6 each for them 🙂 i will the cup in an F so if i was you i woul;dnt get any smaller than and F i didnt have much swelling after about 2 weeks i went back down to a 34 back size so maybe get two different back size’s as well but Tesco ones are great

Hi I was told I would be a D and to get an e size sports bra, my god I was lucky I didn’t need it after surgery cos was way to big. I then bought a D which ended up to loose and so then had to buy a C, I am actually measuring an E now although small back size only a 30, buying sports bra is hard work defo x
