Stabbing pains?

Hiya girls im 3 weeks post op tomorrow & ive been back at work 2 nights as i work as a nursing assistant not sure if I’m over doing it or if it’s normal to have these stabbing pains where my incisions are?xxx

This is totally normal hun it’s just your skin regenerating back together and knitting .
Is it in the scar ? Xxx

The stabbing pains are normal hun i had them on n off for the first few months just try and take it easy x

Yeah it’s in the scar, & aww good I thought so just nice to have some reassurance! Thank u I am trying to can’t wait to get back to normality! Haha xxx
