Stretching!!

Hi,
I’m 3 weeks post op, incisions have healed well. But in the morning i automatically stretch, raising my arms above my head then realise ‘oh crap am I allowed to do this!?’
Am I risking my implants and recovery?

i think the same! I would like to know!! it doesn’t feel like its doing any damage though but still curious x

I don’t think a little stretch will damage anything as long as it doesn’t hurt when you do it! xxx

I was told no lifting arms up for 2 weeks so you should be fine xx
