    Hi ladies
I am nearly 3 weeks post op..
Does anyone know when its good to go on the sunbeds? Ive been told by a friend that as long as i cover up scars then i will be fine to go on now..
    Thank you!

I’m wanting to know this in at a wedding on 16th and I’ll be 6 weeks on the 19th. I would love a little tan for it. I would take a face towel to cover both boobies and incisions. X

I got told a year but obviously I doubt you’d need to wait that long. However my PC said that the sunbeds affect the elasticity of your skin too so could make your lovely new boobs sag earlier than they’re supposed to! I’m an absolute sunbed worshipper who’s always hated fake tan but this reason alone is going to be enough to convert me after my op! X

I asked my pc tonight & she said she went on the sunbed quite soon as long as you cover your incisions you will be fine if they get burnt they will turn pink & stay like that for ever so make sure you cover them up! xx
