Thinking about uplift & implants – advice please!

I had my consultation with Mr Mounir on tuesday and he said for the results I want I’ll need an uplift as well as implants. I hate my boobs so much and want the best results possible but i dont know what to do! Ive lost weight and because of that I lost a lot of fullness which I now want back, my asymmentry is horrendous (the NHS said it wasnt severe enough for them to correct it for me which is fair enough) and they’re just so droopy 🙁 My main concern is the cost of having the uplift as well as implants but im also worried about the scarring because its a lot bigger and im worried my nipples will look fake and ‘stuck on’ afterwards! I just want boobs that look like they do in a bra but without the bra, and to see my favourite tattoo without them sagging over it haha! Have any of you girls had it done or are in a similar situation? Does anyone post-surgery have any photos they wouldnt mind sharing with me? Ive attached a picture of mine to this, please help 🙁

Hey Hun I had an uplift and 200ccs about 10 weeks ago, I was a DD and now I’m a 36G☺️ Don’t worry about the scars their really not as bad as you’d think and I love my nipples! Xx

Ur first pic looks like how mine r now mine r a bit more empty though did u get implant under or on top of muscle they look brill x

Hiya Hun. If your surgeon recommends having an uplift as well then I would trust them. A breast augmentation only enhances what you already have, so if your boobs are saggy already then they will just be bigger saggy boobs and sag even more from the weight of the implants. I’ve seen a few recent results of girls who’ve had an uplift with their BA and it’s surprising how the scarring is turning out! It does cost more but I think it’s worth it to get the boobs you want and the confidence you deserve xxx
