There’s not many on here having a tt is there!! Makes me even more nervous. Also heard recovery is really painful @zowie .. I’ll keep you updated on here. I’m also having a ba at the same time!! Wish me luck lol

Oh my you’re brave I don’t think I could have more than one procedure at a time, I’m so worried about it and everyone thinks I’m nuts for having it done, but each to there own, you haven’t got long to wait, makes me nervous too not being able to read up on other people’s experiences! Defo keep us updated, hope all goes well x

Hi ladies I’m booked in with Dr Fuimara on 12th September for full TT and BA. Would love to know how you both get on. Would you mind if I added you. TT procedures seem quite limited on here. Good luck to you both Gem xx

Hi @gemma . No it’s totally fine to add me . I will be posting before and after pics in the near future. My op is in 12 days(and counting) I’m finding myself waking up in the middle of the night and browsing the internet and forums. It’s starting to feel very real. Hope all goes well for you too and I will keep you updated xx

Hi Gemma, of course I don’t mind. I think I’ve already added you. I’m 1 year post op. God time flies:)
I have the blog still (if I can remember the link I will post it). I documented the recovery as I went, as I thought it would be useful for others like me to know what to expect at least

Thanks ladies. I met with Dr Fiumara today and she told me a TT and BA wouldnt be possible together. I’m a little gutted as I wanted to get these done at the same time. Chelsea hope u don’t mind me asking but what sort of BA procedure are you having with your TT. Thanks Yana for the link and adding me xx

Hi @GEMMA did your surgeon say why it’s not possible for you to have them together? You would save a lot of money having them at the same time!! I’m having a full TT and having 300cc partials from a 32B xx

I would definitely have a 2nd opinion. Surgeons have different level of skills and some are more confident than others. However, I know an uplift is much more complicated than normal BA and its most likely down to the time under the general anaesthetic. If it’s too long it’s more risky. But I don’t agree with the small implant part, I know some ladies after the uplift (fully healed) they had big implants 400-500cc.

Also, I know some surgeons say “yes you need uplift) and others say “a big implant would correct the issue”. So definitely seek more than 1 opinion. Let’s face it, we girls always shop around for best deals so why we always settle one the first surgeons we see?! I saw 4 different surgeons and changed my mind about them twice.

Thanks Yana, Yes totally agree with more opinions. I’ve had another and he also said an uplift would be needed but can do TT and BA at the same time, plus the cost of the tummy tuck is £2100 less than MYA and he’s one of the top surgeons in south wales. I’ve been researching for the last 18 months, so much recently I just feel totally confused. It’s such a hard decision to make x

I can imagine it’s very confusing. But at least you “shopped around” 🙂
Good luck and let me know how it goes:) you can still use the forum even if you don’t use their surgeons as long as you don’t advertise them 😉
