I have my BA on the 3rd March with dr kazzazi and he is using twilight sedation, I just wondered if anyone else has been with dr kazzazi and has the twilight sedation before. It sounds silly but I’m petrified that i won’t be asleep and that I will be aware of what’s going on, someone please put my mind at rest 🙁

Hi @olivia I had my op on Friday with Mr kazzazi. Him and his whole team are absolutely amazing and the twilight sedation is really nothing at all to worry about. I went straight to sleep don’t remember a single thing and I wasn’t talking thank God. I have had a general anaesthetic before when I was a lot younger and it made me very sick. This had no side effects on me whatsoever and I climbed off the operating table into a wheelchair had some tea and toast straight away and was on my way home and hour and a half later it was the most perfect experience. Add me if you like I have a couple of pics on my profile. I had 450 unders what are you having?? Xx

@olivia1996 I had the exact same experience as Nadia. It is fine. I too have had general before and would choose twilight anytime now. No nasty side effects, bloating, sickness etc. I was a knockout and I asked him if I was talking as he said that he’d be able to talk to you throughout and he was I was out like a light. You have nothing to worry about. X

Thank you girls you have put my mind at rest. It’s because Iv done the worst thing anyone could do, I googled people’s experiences and people were saying that they were awake and felt the pain and stuff so I was petrified haha!
I’m having 375cc, I will add you now xxx

Yes do not Google I got bored waiting for him and started googling after I’d spoken with the anethatist not the best of ideas. But honestly as racheal said she would choose it over general if possible and I agree it was just like waking up in the morning from a nights sleep. Although I did absolutely ball my eyes out haha I was so emotional, the nurse said that a lot of people cry though. I was just so happy to have my new boobs feel like I’ve waited forever. Good luck with everything you really are in the hands of the best. Feel free to ask me any questions too. Xxx

Ahh I’m sure your time will soon come around you’ll be there before you know it. I had it in the back of my hand I suppose it’s where they can get a good vain. They will always go for there first though. You don’t have it long they put it in thenew give you the medicine. When you wake up you can have it out as soon as you’ve had a wee so you don’t have it long. Xxxx

Hi girls. I also have my op on 17th Feb with Mr Kazzazi and am feeling very nervous. I’ve gone for 325cc in one noun and 300cc in other. Just can’t get my head around what size I’m going to be. Am a 32A at the moment.
