Hi I was just wondering if anyone had been in my position and what outcome they had?? I will be one year post op in couple of weeks time and I’m really worried with how my breasts are looking. I had an uplift with no implant as was told this wasn’t needed but now they just sagging again 🙁 however my main concern is the scarring, it doesn’t seem to have faded at all and reali lumpy in places. Can anyone advise???

Hey babe, sorry to hear you’re unhappy. Can you post some pics? I’m 9 weeks post uplift and i’m too worried about scarring. What have you been putting on the scars to make them better? xx

Hi Laura, I’ve just sent you a friend request. Bizarrely I have just logged on to see if I can find any posts about post uplift scarring and yours was too of the list. I had an uplift with implants 5 months ago and my cars seem quite wide although they are flat in most places. They do t seem to be fading very much either despite constantly applying bio oil. They are also very different shapes. I’m going back to the Leeds clinic in January (6months PO) to see what they say. Xx

hey guys I had my uplift with no implants in oct 2015 and i am unhappy the scars are still bumby and one boob i still bigger than the other even though this was supposed to have been altered. I have tried to talk to someone about it a few months after my op and then was told they would settle so I have given it time and i am still unhappy they are not how i wanted and for what we pay it is not acceptable! I have tried calling the leeds clinic and when they do eventually answer their phone they say they will call me back but i still have not heard anything 🙁 has anyone else been unhappy and then mya have actually helped ?

Hi Naomi, I had my uplift with implants last July and I’m not overly happy with them at all. The vertical scar on my left is much longer meaning the implant has dropped much lower than the right resulting in them being very uneven size wise and very uneven in shape too. I feel as though my boobies both belong to different people in appearance. Xx

I came here looking for answers and I am afraid i have found them!

I had a BR/Uplift without implants and i am beginning to become unhappy too! I am 4 months post op and my left breast is bigger and my nipple is not inline with the right and today ive noticed my left nipple is starting to “slide” to the left rather than forward.

My right breast is perfect 🙁

I saw my PS and he said we will have a revision if needed in Oct but we will continue to meet and monitor it. From what ive read, a revision is just lipo for size reduction?

I thought life long post op care was included in the contract?

Hi all, I met with my surgeon again on Wednesday. He advised that there’s still time for them to change but I feel as though I’m being fobbed off. When I saw him at my 12 week appointment I raised concerns and was told it was still early and that by 6 months it would have resolved itself. I was also told that at 6 months, what you see is what you get. I’m now 8 months and suddenly being told they’ll still change???? He also said it was to do with the shape of my breasts rather than volume so there was nothing he could do. Surely the vertical scars shouldn’t be different lengths though? I know I’m not a medical professional but surely the longer scar creates more room in the lower half of the breast, and in turn allows that implant to drop more? I left feeling really quite distressed to be honest. Xx

Hello, I’m just coming up to a year post op I had an uplift no implants. They are better than before but I feel like they are still lower than I would like with no volume in the top which was what I wanted changed. Has anyone been offered further surgery if they aren’t happy?x
