    Hi ladies

Just wondering if there are any girls still using this 6-12 months after their ops?

I would love to see pics and here ppls experiences from the other end.

I had my op Sunday and so far I am realy pleased with my new boobs.

They are still realy swollen atm.

I can’t stop Googling different Senarios I am driving myself mad

Just would like to see how long ppl took to heal and how long swelling lasted and how much ppls boobs dropped etc!?

I know everyone is different but I am so curious.

Was everyone still happy once there boobs had completely settled (6-12 months on)

    Thanks xx

My surgery was great hardly any pain had pain killers day 2 and 3 but only in the morning then didn’t need them again. More just uncomfortable especially bed time trying to sleep on my back. And the itching is frustrating. Other then that I’ve been great bit bunged up but that’s all part and parcel and won’t last forever… I hope haha. Only on day 5 going to have my dressings changed today so can’t wait to see the scars/stitches and how they look. Happy so far but still swollen and are obviously going to drop. X

    Hi Sarah
I am two weeks post op and also driving myself mad frantically googling pictures of what other people’s recovery looks like!

If anybody has any pics of how their scars faded and healed over time I would be interested to see!

So far mine seems to be healing incredibly fast I’m so surprised!

How did getting your dressings changed go ?

Guys please can you upload pics or your journey for uplift I’m seeing such negative comments about how they have saggy boobs again! So worrying! Xx

My dressing change went realy wel kirsten the nurse said whatever I’m doing to carry on as it’s healing great so far. Do you have any pics 2 weeks on!?? Be interested to see ur progress.

Harriet I have a pic 2 days post op but still so early days to know how they will look6 month plus down the line.

If mine sag I will most definitely be asking to have them re done free of charge!!

I love how mine look atm but just hoping all my breast tissue doesn’t make them sag again as I originally asked for a reduction to be told I don’t need one. Also asked about implants as in would I get better looking result. Again I was told no I just need an uplift for the natural smaller look I was going for.

My hubby took a pic today but when we looked it’s all blurry… So angry with him haha. Next dressing another week so see how they are then.

I definitely think it’s how elastic your skin is to how much they will drop and a surgeon wouldn’t know this prior to it until op is done and how they recover.

I’m literally doing everything by the book eating and drinking right. Wearing sports bra around the clock even tho I am dying to take it off for a breather.

    Xx

Ah thats great that your dressing change went well, mine was bit traumatic haha I got bit emotional!

Have attached a photo I took this morning…overall really pleased but a few things are bothering me! I feel like my nipples are bit too far apart, could have done with being more to the centre, and there just seems to be a lot of boob to the sides, leaving me with not much cleavage! You can’t see on this photo but I have no fullness in the top half of my boobs, something I was warned would not change. Could always get implants in the future I suppose if I’m not happy!

But overall I’m so pleased….anything is better than what they were before and at least they not swinging round by my ankles anymore haha!!

Healing is going so well….think my skin must be very good as I’ve had no bother at all and theres actually one bit of scar that has already gone abit silvery, and the majority of my scabs have come off. Not bad for two weeks! In terms of pains I am still quite sore and keep getting those random stabbing pains but nothing I can’t handle!

What size were you before @Sarah?? Are you happy so far? Definitely agree what you said r.e healing everybody is different and everyone skin is going to react different! Keep me posted on your recovery and I would be interested to see your pics!

I was a 32F to begin with but God knows what size I will end up at.

Yes so far I am realy pleased.

Urs look lively and don’t forget the sides will probably drop a bit and also go down as swelling goes down.

I’m not sore to take pain killers just quite tender mainly the underneath scar.

I am realy bruised tho (but I bruise so easy anyway) and so itchy.

I’m only day 5 so far but will take a piccy when I’m home and upload it. This one was before and day 2.

What size was you before and do yours feel smaller!??

Thanks Harriet reassuring to hear!Have you got your surgery booked?

And yeah Sarah I guess I just have to be patient and the swelling etc will go down and hopefully the sides will go down abit.

I was originally a 36HH but then I lost four stone in about 9 month and my boobs became 32DD but just soooo saggy and they were getting me so down. I really wanted to stay as big a cup size as possible with me not having implants in…and although they feel smaller I tried some bras on the other day and I’m still filling a DD bra. Obviously that might change though as swelling goes down!

Yours look great Sarah, really nice rounded shape! What size are you hoping to go down to?

    There still realy swollen.

I’d love to be a full c cup and surgeon said I will but I doubt it. I’ll be happy with a dd cup tbh as still 2 cup sizes smaller. The smaller the better for me tho.

Always hated my boobs and they was getting worse especially since having my 2 children.

Just hope they are how I expect I don’t want to have to go through surgery again. I’m finding it so hard as I have a 4 year old and 9 month old and I’m not allowed to pick them up for 2 weeks.

The baby keeps crawling to me and it breaks my heart that I can’t just pick her up I couldn’t imagine having to go through all this again. They don’t understand why they can’t be picked up etc.

I’ll be so upset Aswel if I they sag again and am told I need a reduction as that’s what I asked for in the first place.

Do you have any before pictures to compare too!??

I love this forum speaking to people going through the same thing helps

    I’d love to.see people’s 6 plus months pics tho.

    Hi girls

    Update on my new boobs.

Day 8 and I don’t feel any pain at all now other then the bloody sports bra, wore a front fastening one yesterday that went in-between shoulder blades at the back rather then over the shoulders, absolutely crippled me. My back was killing and my chest began to hurt. Safe to say I won’t be wearing that one again.

Anyway day 8 and my boobs are feeling a lot softer then they was, still bruised and have less swelling.

Slept on my side for the first time Lastnight it was lovely

Ooooo a week today.. How exciting.

Oh I love the gym but if you do have fat in breast n started gym and lost it your boobs would lose fullness Alan and defeat the object of having them done!!

I just want to jump about 3 months down the line now haha.

    Good luck for Tuesday. Xx

Update on mine- I’m now post op 23 days…healing is going fab all scabs are gone now and the scars have turned a purpley-red colour. I can sleep comfortably on my side now and move around and carry things at ease. Shape seems to keep changing as they settle down but I’m still happy.
Have uploaded a pic of the scars on my left boob so you can see!

Couldn’t get comfy at all… Plenty of coffee for me. ur scars look like healing excellent tho. Hope mine go the same x

Hi Guys! Sorry its taken me ages to reply, my Mam has been in hospital so been bit of a mad week!

Glad to hear your op went well Harriet, bet you are dying to have a peek! I was so stiff the first week or so too and I was scared to fully straighten up and walk properly cos it felt like my boobs were going to slide off haha! So good now though they finally feel like a part of my body again! Let us know how getting your strapping off goes.

Sarah- its hard to tell if mine have dropped or not, I don’t think so, they just feel softer and more like a normal boob instead of hard and swollen! Its a month tomorrow since I had mine done. Uploading a pic from the front so you can see xx
