I wear my Macom 24/7 and it’s literally making my nipples hurt so much it’s the only uncomfort and pain I have really they’re becoming dry and flaky now… don’t know whether to just change my bra into a different gym on now instead as they are absolutely killing!! I know it’s because there constantly rubbing on it but I can’t possibly keep it on any longer x

    Hey,
Maybe put some tape over your nipples to stop them chaffing like runners do? Can you put cream over them and air them for an hour a day?
If tape doesn’t help maybe swap to another sports bra xx

I mix it up between my macoms and then other sports bras.
I got a few from Asda and then one from m&s and then my two macoms. The one I got from m&s is a dream, so I always look forward to putting that one on ha and I just moisturise my boobs every day avoiding the incisions area x

Try Lansinoh, it’s especially for sore and cracked nipple. I used it while breast feeding. It’s about £12 a tube but lasts for months, you only need a tiny blob and it comes out like thick vase line. It heals within a couple of hours. It’s magic! You can but it from boots. Think the box is white & purple. 100% worth spending that extra bit of money as it’s specific for nips! Good luck x

Hi hun, have you tried to put some cotton pads on your nipples? When have you had them done? My nipples were oversensitive until about 4 WPO x

Also girls on this forum advised to buy vitamin E balm from body shop and i was massaging my boobs with it avoiding incisions. That helped me a lot with spots and dry itching skin after op x

Hi @demimae, it did help me a lot, you can also try palmer’s cocoa butter with vitamin c. Works out a bit cheaper. You can gently massage breasts with it avoiding incisions. Stay strong and good luck hun x
