Hey! I have my first initial consultation booked next week. I am so excited but so nervous because I have no idea what I need.
I don’t like my boobs (obviously) to me I want them moving towards each other so I have a cleveage! And because they are quite pointy at the bottom and slope down at the front I’m not sure if that’s high profile implant or do I need a lift?
I’m 21 and I’ve not been over weight but my boobs have shrunk slightly over the last few years but I think it’s just my natural shape. I just have a bad boob shape lol.
What do you think would suit me? I’m 5ft 1 and 9 stone, I will loose weight before the op anyway..
    aaaaaaaahhh help

Ahhhh ffs I knew it !
I thought that would be the case, I need volume at the top as I have none 🙁 but I hear the surgery for the lift is so painful and the scars around the nipples scare me. Do you think a lift would give me the cleaveage and the volume at the top? Or do you think lift and an implant? I don’t want bigger boobs just the shape!

Thanks so much girls. I really wanted dr farati as I’d heard so many good things! But you’re both right I need to speak to other surgeons because it’s just my natural shape it’s not saggy ness they feel quite firm they’re just an odd shape! 🙁 has anyone got any before and afters with similar boobs ?
I’m so excited and nervous for next week!!!

I was told I was borderline for an uplift and given the option to have the uplift and BA or just to have the BA and understand that within time I may or will have to have an uplift x I went ahead with just the BA as I don’t want the scarring of the uplift and the healing time and how long it takes for the scarring to look as normal as possible x I am super happy with my results and I still think I won’t be ready for an uplift I make sure I wear my really supportive sports bra all the time x I’d never sleep without wearing it x
    Hope this helps x

Omg Hun they look amazing !
I bet you’re super happy with them. Did you have to go loads bigger to achieve a lifted look? I’m worried having a big implant will make me look big as I have a small frame!
Your boobs have a similar shape to mine ahhhh! Exciting ! Xxxx

Mine are the same shape as yours just a but smaller and my nipples are higher. I’m having an uplift, my surgeon told me some would just put implants in but then I’ll be in trouble soon after with them dropping and sagging with the implant weight. I just think your paying so much for them you need to make sure your doing the right thing and not just the easy way x

Thanks so much for sharing your pic Hun! They look amazing ???? That’s what I’m after. I’ll be so upset if he says I need a lift! I just want the easiest procedure otherwise I may as well wait until I have children in years to come!! Xxxx
