    Hey,

I would definitely say that you don’t need as much as you think. If you’re only a day case I’d take something to keep you occupied whilst you’re waiting, iPad/iPhone/charger/magazines/book etc, being comfy clothes and a button/zip up top to wear. If you’re not a fan of tea and toast then bring some snacks.

All you really need is your bra, comfy clothes and something to keep you occupied. Anything else is just extra stuff that isn’t necessary. I was so obsessed with being super prepared as so many girls were writing huge lists but actually in the end I went for the basics and even then it was too much to take haha!

For after care I would massively recommend a v pillow, gel ice packs and just having a good tv series saved up to watch plus someone supportive to help you out for the first week 🙂

    Good luck for Feb xxx

    Hey Steph I’m booked in for tomorrow so just about to start packing my bag.. I’m going to stay at my mums for a week after the op so I have some help so I’ll include a list of everything I’m taking to my mums below;
    V pillow
Hot/cold compress (I got mine from boots think it was £6)
    Water wipes
    Button up pjs
New slippers (I’m staying over the night at Preston)
Hot water bottle (for back pain) not to go on boobs!
    Vitamins
Protein shake (incase I’m off my food)
    Senakot
Piriton (apparently you get really itchy)!
    Roll on deodorant
    Dry shampoo
    Hard mint sweets (for nausea)
    Ginger ale
    Pineapple juice (help with swelling)
One of them water bottles with the straw in save lifting
    Peppermint tea
    Arnica tablets
Vitamin e cream (from the body shop) (Not to use straight away)!
Loose clothes! Literally the only clothes I’m taking to my mums are track suits, pjs and baggy hoodys for with my leggings but doubt I’ll be able to squeeze my fat ass into my leggings without using the strength of my arms! Haha
Macom bra! (Mya give u discount code to order online)
Ive bought a post op bra from m&s for £25 and then found a white high impact sports bra from m&s in the sale for £9

Think Ive gone a bit mad and even now I’m thinking Ive forgotten something.. maybe the kitchen sink, but I hope this helps! Good luck with your op xx

    Think the photo worked! 🙂
I also bought a vitamin e hydrating face spray it’s like a spray cream says u can use it to settle make up too but I’m just gonna use it to spray over my face save rubbing in moisturiser if my boobs ache (Ive already used it a few times and it’s really nice and non greasy!) so would defo recommend!
