What sports bra three months PO

Just wondering what sports bras girls further PO use at night or if they still do? I still worry about not wearing one at night as they tend to ache when they are left without support for too long? Xx

I am 3 months post op now and still wearing sports bras in bed. I tend yo find by the end of the day if I haven’t worn a bra or used a wired one that my boobies ache. I don’t think there is a set time to keep wearing them but certainly won’t do them any harm. Just whatever you are comfiest in cX
