Not for much longer hun. Ask your nurse when you see her for your first weeks appointment as it can vary from person to person. But mostly after first week … I think… I really don’t wanna lie, though xx

I was told I could like flatter but slightly raised at my 7 day Post Op. So I had my 1 normal pillows (which I had pre op) and my v pillow to prop me up – you just can’t lie flat on your back! xx

Yes she said its ok on your back as long as you feel comfortable is not pressure on your chest x suggested having at least a couple of pillows to be more comfy x

am doing ok thanks @lisajay24. Had my strapping off yesterda and at first I was just a bit numb about them as I think I couldnt believe they are mine? Strange I know lol. They are perfect size and shape so def happy with whats been done but just need to adjust to actually having boobs!

My bra is also not very comfy so might have to look at alternatives as am getting fed up of being sore. But overall I am pleased.

    How about you?
