when did you sleep with no bra?

Ive been cleared to wear normal bras now but nothing was mentioned about nighttime can i wear no bra? Or still sleep in sports bra?

I was told by surgeon at 12 week check if I wanted I could stop wearing bras in bed. I am 9 months post op and wear my sports bra 5 out of 7 days and still sleep in it too. It’s how you feel but get all clear from surgeon first x

I did for the first time last night and I’m 12 weeks post op. Feels weird wearing nothing tho so will go back to wearing sports bras I think at night x

I am 5 month po now and can only just sleep comfortable without a bra, but I try to avoid sleeping braless as I feel like they need support 24/7 hehe but they felt uncomfortable and like they got in the way whilst in bed on my side and stuff until now 🙂 its tempting but I’m going to stick to sports bra in bed lol xx
