Hey it seems to happen to us all but I don’t really know what causes it. I suffer from bloating anyway so after my op I had it even worse and lasted 3 weeks but most girls seems to calm down a lot sooner. I know how you feel I felt horrible and was crying cos I looked like a pregnant woman In some sort of maternity bra with the macom.
Unfortunately nothing worked for me but usually I would drink peppermint tea which helps so maybe try that xxx

I’m POD 8 and I’m still the same, even my boyfriend commented on it haha. I’m hoping it goes back to normal before I go back to work because all of my trousers are just too tight.

Hiya, I had this bloating really bad. The Mya nurse actually thought I was pregnant & told me to do a test straight away & to go my doctors asap as it was so bad 2 weeks after surgery! I went the doctors & it turned out just to be fluids draining from boobs into stomach as swelling moves down the body. My stomach still feels bruised & tender. I’m nearly 4 weeks PO & it’s only just starting to shift! I put on a stone in weight! An I’m not pregnant ???? I found walking on the treadmill, having small meals & drinking peppermint tea has helped me loose the extra boobie weight xx

I drank a lot of hot water with lemon and camomile tea and that seemed to help mine go down. Mine looked like I was pregnant too and my partner also commented on it and I just laughed. I was quite lucky mine only lasted a week xx

Drink loads of lemon and hot water Hun, also in holland and Barrett there are dandilion tablets and tea bags which help you get rid of any fluid your body may be holding on to, I was always told about these when I felt bloated in the past so I’ve stocked up on those to. Xxx

hi lovely! hope your healing ok.

I had the worse bloating too and it made me feel so bad!! my stomach was sticking out as much as my boobs. I stopped taking pain killers and my bloating has basically vanished! I stopped taking painkillers 4DPO and have finished my antibiotics now and my stomach is going back down, can see my abs again!! think it just takes time xx
