Wide gap and very little breast tissue

Hi girls just been for my first consultation and the surgeon told me that I have quite a wide gap between my breasts so when I get my implants realistically i will still have a gap… bit gutted as I wanted a really nice cleavage. Have any other girls been told that they have a wide gap and how have their boobs turned out? He also noted I have very little breast tissue so said that it will be hard to conceal the round look of the implant to look totally natural. He recommended 375 or 405cc moderate plus as im 6ft 1 and although very slim have a wider chest frame than someone smaller than me. Has anyone else out there achieved a natural look with very little breast tissue? Thanks girls x

i was told I have a big gap aswell and to wear bras that boost your cleavage xx

Hey @laurenxoxo! I have quite a wide chest too which means I won’t have much of a cleavage without a bra realistically. Most girls don’t have much of a cleavage without a bra unless you have a tiny frame and large/wide implants. Im 3 weeks post op and i’ll add a couple of pics for you to see the gap and how it closes when I’m wearing a bra or top. Xx

I also had very little breast tissue. My implants were placed over the muscle to avoid double bubble. X

I had a large gap before now after my BA it’s not as large yes you will have to wear a bra to have a cleavage as some girls boobs are close enough not to have to, but they look fine

I think it looks more natural to have some gap, at the moment I get some cleavage but won’t know till 6 weeks. I’m only 5foot 2 with moderate plus which are wide on me

Thanks girls yours all look amazing! Totally made me feel at ease now! Yours all look really natural! Ashie and Paige you both look very similar to me preoperative! And your right I’ll just wear a push up bea when I need some clevage 🙂 x

Hey guys, my ba is on Wednesday coming (I’m shitting myself) I also have been told this but I have plenty of breast tissue! So I’ve been advised overs 350cc, moderate plus or high profile? They told me to ask on here to decided and they’d order both in just in case ! What would you guys recommend xx

Hi I have been advised 375 or 400 high profiles I’m thinking of going for 375 and hoping I don’t get boob greed but to be fair there not much between the sizes and I just want to actually have some boobs ha! I have to have high profile cause of the measurements and me been small framed I believe the projection on these are bigger where as the others are slightly flatter with less projection and rounder on the sides correct me if I’m wrong someone ? X

Courtney which hospital are you in/surgeon? Mine is also this coming Wednesday & I am also shitting myself ?? obviously excited but so scared xx

My surgeon said that I should go for mod plus as my frame is wider and also because I will have a gap after surgery he said the “take off” from the gap to the implant would be more gradual and smooth and “blended” whereas if I went for high profile the take off from my gap would be more pronounced and obvious because the high profile has more projection. So my gap would look deeper with high profile! So I think if you have a gap @courtney then maybe mod plus to make it less obvious?? I don’t know im not an expert I’m just going on what surgeon explained to me!! Xx
