Worried

Hello!!
I had my op yesterday morning at Fitzroy, im completely strapped up and can’t see any of my new boobs?!! The problem is I feel like my strapping is digging into my incisions because my left incision feels like it’s rubbing and it’s causing almost like a burning sensation whenever I move 🙁 other than that I’m in absolutely no pain at all and have no signs of infection so I don’t know whether it’s something to be concerned about and ring my nurse over?
