Why did you want a facelift? I was a postal worker and broke my foot last year so was off work for a long time. It really started to get me down and I lost all my sparkle and energy. I also had drooping eyelids and was not happy with what I saw when I looked on the mirror. My children picked up on how unhappy I was and arrange for me to come and see someone at MYA.

How was your MYA experience? As well as being friendly and considerate, the staff at MYA were very informative and ensured my family and I understood everything about the procedure and the aftercare process. The surgeon was very thorough and when he said that he could remove the bags from my eyes I was thrilled! The hospital was like a five star hotel and I was not nervous at all. The procedure took approximately two and a half hours to perform and what was amazing was that I was in absolutely no pain afterwards. I really couldn’t believe it.

Two months on how do you feel? I feel like a new person. It really has changed my life and is the most important thing I have ever done for myself. I am full of life again and am so thankful that I have had the opportunity to have this done.
