Amanda Holden: I've had Botox

Amanda Holden has admitted that she does have Botox injections to stay looking fresh-faced.

In an interview with the News of the World, the Britain''s Got Talent judge claimed that although she has not had Botox in the past few weeks, she has relied on it in the past.

"I was out in South Africa filming Wild at Heart last year and I was constantly frowning in the sun," she said. "I noticed crow''s feet coming and that''s when I had it (Botox)."

The 37-year-old added that she is certainly not the only actress to try and stop the signs of ageing.

"I don''t know a single person who has not had something done," she claimed.

Holden also told the newspaper that Botox has not permanently frozen her muscles and so she would "definitely" consider having it again.

The talent show judge, who sits on a panel with Simon Cowell and Piers Morgan, has made no secret of her support for cosmetic surgery.

She recently told Fabulous magazine that apart from breast augmentation, she plans to have cosmetic surgery on everything when she gets older.
