Be honest about surgery, celebs are urged
14/05/2008

Celebrities should be more open about any cosmetic surgery or treatments they have had done, it has been claimed.
According to the Sun, stars who do not come forward are actually setting "impossible goals" for their fans who think they have achieved their perfect figures naturally.
The newspaper praised celebrities such as Sharon Osbourne and Anne Robinson for being so open and honest about their love of cosmetic surgery and urged other high-profile characters to do the same.
When Robinson had her facelift in 2005, she famously told the Daily Mirror: "I think anything that allows women to feel better about themselves is worth the money.
"I didn''t mind the way I looked before. But I thought we could probably improve on it."
The Sun reported that This Morning presenter and former Big Brother contestant Alison Hammond recently claimed to have lost a lot of weight from personal trainer sessions.
However, it has since been revealed she actually had a gastric band fitted which reduced the size of her stomach.
