Breast surgery of Travolta's niece caught on film

John Travolta''s niece has followed in the footsteps of many young starlets and had breast surgery to enhance her assets. But unlike many cosmetic surgery patients she decided to have her operation caught on film.

Nicole, whose uncle famously played a character who underwent radical cosmetic surgery in the 1997 movie Face/Off, had her breasts enlarged and lifted in front of the cameras for the US reality television show Dr 90210.

The programme focuses on plastic surgery in the wealthy area of Beverly Hills in Los Angeles and features interviews with patients and footage of surgery. It also shows viewers before and after pictures of the procedures.

According to the Sun newspaper, the 20-year-old actress was in tears before her operation as nerves took over. However, she was delighted with the results and could not wait to flaunt her new curves.

In other news, Posh Spice Victoria Beckham faced some tough questions about her breasts on the Radio 1 breakfast show when DJ Chris Moyles asked her if she had ever had a boob job.

But the mother of three refused to divulge such information insisting that her footballer husband David loved her breasts and that was all that mattered.
