Brigitte 'laps up attention' following surgery

After liposuction, Botox and a breast reduction, Brigitte Nielsen looks "a million dollars", says the Daily Mail.

Sly Stallone''s ex-wife recently underwent a cosmetic surgery makeover as part of a four-part television series for a German channel, RTL.

Explaining her reasons for taking part in the programme, 44-year-old Brigitte said that she feels 30 and wants to look that way again.

"I know I will be breaking a taboo," she added. "But I''m sure that it will provoke a new discussion."

RTL also announced that the series aimed to remove the secrecy surrounding celebrities and cosmetic surgery.

Commenting on Brigitte''s new look, the Daily Mail remarks: "Dressed in a tight black mini dress and a yellow mini mac, Brigitte revealed her reduced assets and smooth face as she lapped up the attention."

Following her complete surgery makeover, the former model and actress has claimed she wants to appear on the cover of Playboy magazine as she did 20 years ago.
