Brits' bikini fears

The majority of British women will not wear a bikini for fear of looking unattractive, research has found.
A poll by Del Monte Ice Creams revealed that 80 per cent of females in the UK are not confident enough to put on a two-piece over the summer.
In addition, a quarter said they would like to have cosmetic surgery to make them feel and look better in a bathing suit.
Interestingly, younger women were revealed to be the least confident about their figures - with just a tenth of 18 to 24 year olds claiming they would wear a bikini.
Commenting on the study, Denise Van Outen said the findings were "really sad".
"I am a normal woman and have no desire to be a size zero but I really sympathise with these women who want to stay covered up on the beach," she remarked. "Every woman I know has issues with some part of her body.
Nearly half of the women polled said they diet before going on holiday, while one in five do more exercise than normal.
A recent global poll by Synovate found that 20 per cent of the population would have cosmetic surgery if they could afford it.
