Lulu scrapping Botox for surgery?

Scottish singer Lulu has ceased having Botox injections to keep looking young, according to the Daily Mail.

The 59-year-old told the newspaper that although the cosmetic enhancements were fantastic at first, the £300-400 treatments made her face "immovable" after a while.

However, she claimed that she is not averse to the idea of cosmetic surgery to keep her youthful appearance.

"I would consider surgery in the future but, as with everything, it''s a case of going to the best person and having it done in moderation," she said. "I''ll be trying to look my best until I''m 80 and beyond, God willing."

Lulu also explained that she likes to keep in shape with yoga, walking, dancing lessons and healthy eating.

However, she admitted she does allow herself a daily treat such as a nice dessert or chocolate bar.

The singer shot to fame in the 1960s, releasing her first single at age 15 - the now well-known rendition of Shout!.
