Penelope Cruz 'got her money's worth with nose job'

While Penelope Cruz has never openly admitted to undergoing rhinoplasty, one surgeon has stated that there are tell-tale signs that she has had a nose job, but she has definitely "got her money's worth".

Facial cosmetic surgeon Dr D.J Verret told hamptons.com that the actress has a parenthesis deformity on her nose, which suggests she has had a nose job in the past.

"That's not a naturally-occurring phenomenon. You only get that when someone's had surgery," he said.

However, if Cruz has had a nose job it would seem that she has had a good one, as Dr Verret went on to add: "I think we'll all agree that Penelope got her money's worth."

David Roberts, a consultant otorhinolarynologist at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Trust, recently told the Daily Mail that those opting for rhinoplasty are most likely to cite Liz Hurley as having the most desirable nose in showbusiness.
