Stone and Madonna 'looking good'

Sharon Stone and Madonna are both looking fabulous for their age, reports the Daily Mail.

Photographed together at the Cannes Film Festival, the newspaper claims that both 49-year-old Madonna and Stone, who celebrated her 50th in March, are looking "remarkably youthful" for their age.

There has been much media speculation this year on Madonna''s possible reliance on cosmetic surgery to keep her fresh-faced appearance.

She has been spotted on more than one occasion with fresh bruising around the eyes, leading a number of newspapers to report that the singer may have had an eyelift.

Plastic surgeon Apostolos Gaitanis told the London Evening Standard at the time that it would be "unusual" for someone of Madonna''s age to look so youthful without cosmetic surgery.

It was reported in 2006 that actor Russell Crowe had suggested Stone had undergone cosmetic surgery.

The actress has since denied the claims and Crowe has announced that the comments were taken out of context.
