Tori Spelling comes clean about cosmetic surgery

Former Beverly Hills, 90210 actress Tori Spelling has revealed all in her biography Stori Telling, according to USA Today.

She told the newspaper that her book deals with issues surrounding her family, marriage and cosmetic surgery.

The actress said that not only does she finally admit to having rhinoplasty - a nose job - but also breast augmentation.

"I wanted to come clean that I had my boobs done in my 20s because people falsely write that I''ve had all these things done," Ms Spelling told the publication.

"I''ve had the two procedures that probably every other woman in Hollywood has had done," she added.

Last year a source told the National Enquirer that Ms Spelling and husband Dean McDermott were to celebrate the birth of their son by getting Botox injections

The mole also claimed that the actress was planning to have her lips injected with Restylane to make them appear fuller.
