Giveaway Terms & Conditions: 

The terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to any giveaway carried out by MYA Cosmetic Surgery via social media including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

1. Eligibility

To participate in a prize draw or giveaway you must satisfy the following:

• You must be a permanent legal U.K. resident physically residing within the United Kingdom.

• You must be at least 18 years old as of the date of entry.

• You must agree to and comply with these T&Cs; if you do not agree and/or comply you will not be eligible to participate and will be disqualified.

3. Closing Date

• The closing date for the giveaway ends at midnight on Monday 24th Ocotber 2022.

4.Winner Selection

• All eligible entrants’ names will be placed in a draw and one winner will be selected at random after the closing date. MYA Cosmetic Surgery's decision as to the winner is final. 

5. Announcement of winner

• The winner will be asked to confirm their full name, age, postal address, email address and telephone number to claim the giveaway and provide proof of identity where necessary.

• The name and address of residence of the winner will be made available upon request after the closing date. The official MYA Cosmetic Surgery Instagram page will contact the winner via Instagram direct message to announce the winner and ask for your details in order for the giveaway to be received. 

• We reserve the right to disqualify the winner from the prize draw if you are unable to provide such details.
