We have all been there…dreading the time to go get fitted for a new bra. BUT, and I say it with emphasis, since getting new boobies from MYA we're all excited to find out what size we actually are! I't's obvious we’re not the same size as before and finding the time to go to Victoria Secrets or Boux Avenue can be difficult in our busy lives. Well, why not do it yourself and get straight to bra shopping from the comfort of your own home?
Here’s how you do it…
1. Grab your measuring tape (preferably pink)
Spent the majority of my day at the Alameda Point Antiques Faire today and after going from booth to booth pulling out parts of my tape measure and stuffing it back into my purse this is what it looked like at the end of the day; tangled in my new to me millinery flowers! Don't worry though the flowers are just fine! I also thought the colors were all very pleasing together. ????
2. Take off your MYA Lingerie post-op bra..
3. Measure your band size in centimeters
Immediately under your bust. Remember not to pull too tight or not tight enough, the tape measure needs to feel comfortable but not fall down. Look at the chart and see which band size you fall into.
4. Measure your cup size in centimeters
Straight around the bust at nipple height. Remember not to pull too tight or not tight enough, the tape measure needs to feel comfortable but not fall down. Look at the chart and see which cup size you fall into.
Ay presto you’re done…How easy was that!
Remember though ladies, that if stores don’t have this size in stock you have a sister bra sizes too. The rule is…
From the size you measure you can go up a cup size but go down a band size
From the size you measure you can go up a band size but go down a cup size
Use this chart as an indicator for the sizes you can go to.

I hope this helps you all…It’s so easy to do, you can be the independent women I know you are!
