You may be an Ibiza veteran, a season traveler to the island or have never set foot on the magical white isle but whatever category you fall into, we have your next trip covered. Check out our guide to the best beaches, clubs, events, restaurants and activities Ibiza has to offer.

Ibiza may be known as the party capital of the world with thousands of travellers hitting the sun-kissed island during the peak summer season, but it is so much more than that….

1. Sunset

You must catch at least one Ibiza sunset when visiting Ibiza. It's world famous and there are a number of places to get the best view or experience. Café Mambo is famous for playing host to one of the best pre-parties across the island. They welcome the sunset with crowds of people young and old dancing along and clapping in unison as the scorching sun disappears in the distance of the Mediterranean sea and now the parties can start.

2. Es Vedra

For a slightly more zen experience there is Es Vedra. This small rocky island sits off the south west cost of Ibiza and legend believes it has a magnetic power. It’s an amazing place to watch the sunset disappear behind. The viewpoints sit high in the Ibiza hills overlooking Es Vedra and it’s a small hike so take refreshments. It's the picture-perfect snapshot location with the magical hills as your back drop. Think mid-Yoga pose or a picture with your girl gang - it’s a memorable moment captured on Instagram forever. It's a spectacular place to visit just for the crystal blue waters, although actually getting onto the island is not advised, it's an amazing island to sail around on a private boat, you may even spot the island's only inhabitants (goats).

3. Private Boat Hire

Getting your own private boat will be a day you will never forget. Private boat hire on the island will make you feel like a celeb for the day or take you away from it all, you decide. The boats range in size and affordability but for a special occasion, it’s a great idea. Going with a group of friends? You can have your own music playing, take all the pictures you want and get some great boomerangs jumping off the boat. We highly recommend an afternoon boat hire and have the boat come back in for sunset and dock up off the coast of Café mambo.

4. Ibiza Spa

Although the island has an upbeat vibe, it also carries with it a relaxed atmosphere but you just need to know where it is. La Posidonia, located in the luxury resort the Hacienda Na Xamena, is in the northern hills of the island and has the most breathtaking views. Whether you relax in a dreamy infinity whirlpool or enjoy an outdoor treatment in the Mediterranean sun, it’s a real escape.

5. After Hours

Famous for its all-night parties, this island never sleeps but one of our top nights to attend is Elrow, previously playing host at superclubs Space and Amnesia. The colourful Barcelona brand takes up residency in the white island every Saturday over the summer with world famous DJ’s, incredible costumes, wacky props, OTT performances, circus artists, heaps of inflatables and confetti galore. You need to see it to believe it!

6. Beach vibes

The aptly named Cala Basa Beach club (CBbC) sits directly on Cala Basa Beach. It’s the perfect summer dining experience if you fancy amazing seafood, sushi, salad or just a light snack. There is something special about eating in the sunshine with the sand in your toes! Drink the best Sangria cocktails as you relax on a sun lounger or private gazebo. Be waited on hand and food by very friendly staff and laid back vibes from the in-house DJ. It’s the perfect stop off for lunch if you are out on a boat for the day. They have their own CBbC dinghy that will collect you from your boat and take you to the shore for lunch time reservations in style.
