I have been up and down with my weight all my life. I was 14st and I now way 13st 2lbs and I’m looking to lose another stone before having the procedure. I know that this procedure is not designed to help lose weight. I just want to have that nice toned body so for 1)I feel more confident within myself and 2) to make sure I stay on track with my healthy lifestyle, because from this procedure I will be able to see a toned body which will encourage me to go further.

My main problem areas, are my stomach, back and arms. Even when I’ve lost weight in the past to me I never saw the difference in my body which was really heart breaking to see as I put all that effort in.
