• Why did you want the procedure?

  I felt very self concious in clothes that required no bra to be worn, I couldn’t wear anything that didn’t require a bra and felt very unattractive and unwomaly

• Why did you choose MYA?

  I had a few consultations with other companies but MYA made me feel very welcome, at ease, and went through everything step by step and wasnt rushed into any decision. The staff were amazing and friendly, full of advise and made me feel even more excited about my procedure than I already was

• How was your consultation?

  My consultation was fab! Full of information and gave me a clear idea of what I wanted to go for. My surgeon consultation was also brilliant, he was confident and open to talk to about any questions i had.

• How was the day of your procedure?

  I had an early admission time at the MYA Fitzroy and was the first operation of the day. The staff were all welcoming, everyone made me feel safe and at ease and kept keeping my mind off the procedure when I got very nervous building up to go down to theatre. The next thing I knew I was waking up with my new boobs! Everyone made sure I was ok and kept checking up on me and a few hours later once I had the all clear from everyone I was on my way home!

• How was your recovery?

  My recovery wasn’t too bad, however I completely underestimated how I would be feeling. I genuinely thought Id be up and about however that wasn’t the case! I was tired and found getting about difficult! The week mainly consisted of staying in bed with lots of film and sleep! Sleeping on my back was horrible to begin with as I was used to sleeping on my front but I can honestly say it was all worth it!

• Are you happy with your results?

  Im extremely happy with my results so far! Im measuring bigger than I had hoped for (which is brilliant) and they look and feel amazing! I have so much more confidence! Definitely the best decision I’ve ever made!
