• Why did you want the procedure?

  I have always hated my nose from a young age. I had a bump on the bridge which I was always self conscious about. I would hate people looking at me from the side as it made me feel so ugly. 

• Why did you choose MYA?

  I knew of a few people who had surgery with MYA and were happy with their results so I decided to book a consultation. My patient co-ordinator was called Krystina and she was an absolute star. I just felt comfortable and confident as soon as I entered the MYA clinic and knew from the start that I wanted to go ahead and have my surgery with them. 

• How was your consultation?

  My patient co-ordinatior Krystina was fabulous. She was so friendly and welcoming and told me everything I needed to know about my procedure and the build up! She was super helpful and was always quick at getting back to me if I ever needed to ask anything. 

• How was the day of your procedure?

  The staff at MYA Fitzroy were absolutely fantastic. I can’t stress enough how lovely they all were. They made me feel so at ease and comfortable on the day of my surgery. They couldn’t do enough for me! Dr Frati came in to speak to me before hand and so did my anaesthetist. They were both so lovely and made me feel calm and excited. I wasn’t nervous at all thanks to them! The nurses were constantly checking on me making sure I was OK. It was just an overall amazing experience and I couldn’t thank them all enough for looking after me. 

• How was your recovery?

  My recovery has been a lot better than I thought it would be! I have minimal bruises and only slight swelling. No pain whatsoever, the only discomfort was my throat was a little sore from the tube. I feel fabulous and can’t wait to see my result. 

• Are you happy with your results?

  My cast comes off on Thursday but I can already see a massive change & know that I am going to love my new nose!! Thank you MYA xxx
