• Why did you want the procedure?

  I lost weight quite quickly a couple of years ago and my boobs lost volume.

• Why did you choose MYA?

  I chose MYA as I found the forum very useful and my PC advised I meet with both mr Singh and Mr Fratti.  I liked both but went with Mr Singh as they gave me a surgery date of just 3 weeks post meeting him.  It was a much longer wait with Mr Fratti

• How was your consultation?

  both consultations were informative and professional.

  Mr Fratti was very quiet and it did feel a bit cold, but I was warned about this from my PC and told he is great at his job.  It didn’t bother me or put me off, it was purely the date of the procedure that swung it for me.

• How was the day of your procedure?

  i was first in, very scared but also excited.

  i absouted loved the two gentleman who were with me for the anaesthetic. They made me feel so relaxed. I had a long wait as Mr Singh wasn’t quite ready, but these guys were soooooo nice and calming.

• How was your recovery?

  Recovery was a bit uncomfortable. My main issue was sleeping upright. I got terrible back pain and I’m used to sleeping on my front, so this was an issue for me getting comfortable.

  i set my alarm for every 4 hrs to take the painkillers so the pain didn’t get a chance to kick in, but I think I would’ve been ok in all honesty.  The painkillers played havoc with my tummy though.  Bloating was ridiculous.

  definitely recommend at least 2wks recovery and someone on hand to help you out the whole time.

• Are you happy with your results?

  ive never been satisfied with the results in all honesty. I should have gone bigger.

  theyve never felt soft and fluffy and I have bad blue veins showing since op.

  i now need another op as I have capsular contracture in both (2 yrs 6 months)
