Quick question… Iv changed banks and they switched all my direct debits yet 121 finance hasn’t been moved but cancelled off my old account. This is 2 months ago now and Iv had no letters, emails etc… I cannot find an email or phone number or even a website? Any body able to shed some light?
Iv even looked on my credit report and it’s not even on there. I’m so confused x
