14WPO boobs different sizes

I’m coming up to 14wpo. I had 400 hp unders and since day 1 my left boob has always felt slightly bigger than the right. It’s only in the last few weeks it’s started to feel really noticeable to me. My left boob is bigger, fuller and firmer whereas my right one feels smaller, not as full and a lot softer but it also feels there is a void underneath and I can only feel the implant if I push my boob down from the top. It isn’t as round at the bottom as my left either. I saw my surgeon at 12 weeks and asked him and he said they are fully dropped and it’s probably because my chest muscle is different on either side. When I wear a bra the right boob fits comfortably in the cup but the left one bulges out at the top. I know if I manage to get another app with my surgeon he will just say the same thing but I have different size boobs and they were symmetrical before. Have I got more settling to do or is this a problem? I’m trying to be patient and trust the process but it’s really bothering me. Xx

Mine are off as well but not significantly … Hard to put your foot down but maybe go for another appointment & be firm that you’re not happy with the difference & want to know what they can do for you about it. Guess at the end of the day you didn’t have a difference before & paid a good amount of money so they should take it seriously & walk you thru options if it’s something that won’t rectify itself with more healing time

Hey doll. Did the other boob catch up? I’m only 3 weeks PO and mine look exactly like yours. One boob is lower and hasn’t that square shop. I can send you a pic? Let me know how you got on x

I’m exactly the same I’m coming up to 6 weeks and from week 2 I noticed one was bigger than the one.. one is more fuller a lovely round shape the other looks tear drop and square I mentioned it to nurse and was told they look perfect and to wait it out. I have my 6 week check next week and il be mentioning it again I tried a no wire bra on and even with that on you can notice the difference x

I am 4 weeks post op and have exactly the same problem. I am really worried as they look different in size. Can I ask how they are now? Did they even out or did you have to have more surgery? Thanks for the post
