240cc year drop does anyone have before and after pics?

Hi all I’m having my boobs done not with mya now but with another surgeon. I’m very small framed 5”2 size 28 back. Looking for very natural and I’ve told that 240cc is big enough for me. Please could someone help and tell me if they think it’s too small or some pic of you have had it done in that size. Many thanks Jade
